Store Policies
1. As the purchaser of any item you assume all responsibility for your own actions. Please make completely sure what you purchase is what you want, because there are NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES of any kind. Please make use of demos that are available to you on mesh clothing items for sizing. In addition, read any available note cards provided for you in packages for more information on the items you are looking to purchase or have already purchased.
2. Any No transfer items are just that, no transfer, meaning they are COPY or COPY/MOD. You can get a redelivery of a COPY or COPY/MOD item but NOT one that is TRANSFERABLE. See below how to get a redelivery.
3. If you purchased an item that doesn't show up in inventory or if an item is lost from your inventory, please go to the redelivery terminal (the crates by the door). Just click on the crates that say REDELIVERY and follow the link to the website and find your item for replacement or redelivery. Click to have it redelivered. If it is not on that list, I have no record of your purchase and would then not be able to replace your item for you.
4. ~TBR~ The Blue Rose takes no responsibility for any lost items or things you alter yourself when modifying them. TRANSFERABLE items are NOT replaceable by the redelivery crate or otherwise.
5. Very few of my products are transferable.
6. Any ~TBR~ product gained in a hunt or give away will not be registered in the vendor terminal for replacement or redelivery and I can not replace it for you manually.
7. I take great pride in my work and strive to make high quality products that I feel people would enjoy and I put a great deal of time, energy and love into my products, as well as try to pack them full of great stuff. IF there is ever a problem with my product, I reserve the right to have time to fix it while still maintaining a very busy building schedule. Sometimes scripting errors are not easy to fix right away. Please have a little patience.
If there is a problem with a product, I will do my utmost to get it fixed. If I can not find a fix and my guru's cant find a fix, I will refund the purchase price.
8. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please contact Inara Sugarplum. Be polite and please explain your problem, question or suggestion clearly and thoroughly. Any messages not explaining what you want, will not be answered. IF you do not get a response to a thorough and polite message, please send in a note-card THROUGH the mailbox in my main store, as my messages usually get capped and if I crash, I may miss whatever your message was. Please double check you saved your notecard and that it has something written on it. Blank note cards will not get a response. I will respond to you ASAP, usually with in 12-48 hrs.
9. I no longer do custom orders, but don't mind suggestions or feedback. Just please be polite.
10. There are No refunds; No exchanges; Absolutely no exceptions except as stated above for an un-fixable product.
